Lost Property
We will do our best to make sure that you get your lost property back as quickly as possible. Lots of items are left on our coaches each day so we would be grateful for your patience whilst we are trying to get an item back to you.
Hazardous or perishable items
We do not keep lighters, e-cigarettes, foodstuffs, highly flammable substances or other items that may be hazardous to store.
If you have left an item on one of our coaches, please complete the form below.
Please give as much detail as possible about the coach trip, drivers name and the item to help us track it down for you. Once recorded you will be issued with a log number.

If we find your lost item, we will contact you to let you know and we aim to get back to you within 2- 3 days from the date you reported it. If you would like to contact us for an update on your missing item, please quote the log number issued to you and our team will be happy to help.
We aim to keep all lost property for a 2 month period to allow customers the chance to collect items, however we cannot do this if the item is perishable (e.g. food).
It is the customer's responsibility to collect any lost property if found from our main office or arrange a courier. For higher value items, we will require photographic ID on collection.
Barnes will not be liable for any items not collected in the time frame given, damaged or not found.
