Great Yarmouth is a famous holiday destination, bursting with fun things to do, activities for all, shows and attractions stretching along the fabled Golden Mile and the huge expanse of pristine beach. We have always used the popular Burlington Hotel and this year also offer the chance to stay in the 4-star Prom Hotel.

Monday We head towards East Anglia and make a stop in Saffron Walden, a picturesque, mediaeval town.
Tours whilst at resort
A | A scenic coastal drive with a lunchtime stop in Sheringham, a lovely resort with diverse shops and places to eat. We also visit Cromer with its great, sandy beaches.
B | We enjoy a ninety-minute scenic boat ride on a Mississippi paddle boat before spending free time in the beautiful village of Wroxham for lunch. We return to the hotel with a scenic tour of the Broads.
C | We spend time in Norwich - a wonderful fusion of the modern and historic. Its centre is easy to walk around, has a river at its heart and is the most complete medieval city in the UK with a stunning Norman cathedral and castle. It also has superb independent as well as high street shopping and a quaint covered market.
Friday We return home with a stop in St Albans, a cathedral city with history dating back to Roman times.
