Swanage is a Victorian Town in Dorset that marks the Eastern end of the world famous Jurassic Coast. The rock at the Swanage end produces the most beautiful white cliffs to rival those around Dover.
Many artists come here to live and work making good use of the quiet way of life and the clear seaside light.
The "Bramble Bush Bay" chain ferry crosses the entrance to Poole Harbour between Sandbanks and Shell Bay. It is the shortest route connecting Bournemouth with Swanage.
