The Best of Cornwall in a Weekend

Friday We travel to Cornwall and you have the choice between free time in Looe, or visiting nearby Polperro, where picturesque and tightly packed cottages appear to tumble down to the harbour. PLEASE NOTE: There is a 500m walk into Polperro from coach park.

Tours whilst at resort
A |   We visit Fowey, one of the most unusual and beautiful destinations in England, with its stunning views and interesting shopping. Later we call at Mevagissey, a beautiful harbour village much-loved by artists.

B |   To Falmouth which has a beautiful position, and with its mild climate, subtropical plants bloom here. The magnificent natural harbour and interesting town add to the charm of this excellent resort. Later, we visit Truro, Cornwall’s Cathedral city, with Georgian houses and interesting streets.

C | We head west and visit St Ives, with beautiful sandy beaches,picturesque, cobbled streets and rich cultural heritage

Monday To the north coast of Cornwall and we take the scenic road from Watergate Bay to Padstow where we make a lunchtime stop. Then the homeward journey.
