On our return we enjoy the scenic coastal route via Tywyn.

We make our first stop of the day in Betws-y-Coed, a village nestling in densely wooded hills. We then follow the pretty River Conwy to the resort of Llandudno where we make a stop. We return on a different route through the mountains via Blaenau Ffestiniog and make our way back to Barmouth on the scenic coastal route past Harlech Castle.
