Monday A warm welcome awaits all and we are given an old penny to spend on a welcome drink before dinner. After dinner we have a light- hearted evening with music from the 50s and 60s with lots of fun, quizzes, competitions, price comparisons etc.

Tuesday After breakfast we are off to the beautiful Isle of Anglesey and  in particular to Llanfairpwll......gogogoch for coffee and the Pringle Woollen Mill. On then to Llandudno, the elegant Victorian resort, to exchange one of your vouchers for a delicious Cadwalader ice cream. There is also free entry to either The Home Front Museum or the Llandudno Museum. After dinner we are treated to an evening’s ‘Time to Remember’ singing.

Wednesday   Spend a leisurely day in Criccieth or take the Cambrian Coast Railway or local bus to Pwllheli for market day (cost not included). In the evening enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane with our film ‘The Way we Were’ 1960s, a fascinating look at life in Britain in the age of Flower Power and Free Love!!?!

Thursday Today we are visiting Porthmadog for a ride on the Welsh Highland & Ffestiniog Railway, a general mode of transport in the 50s, after which you can enjoy refreshments – tea in china cups and scones or Bara Birth served in the station cafe. There is also free time in Porthmadog and we visit Betws-y- Coed. Tonight is Rock & Roll night so get your bobby socks on. First enjoy a sumptuous dinner with lots of  fattening  goodies  –  then  burn off the calories with “Lets Twist Again”!
